Are you a patient?
The quickest route is to ask your own GP practice whether they are taking part in eCARE. You are welcome to write to the study team as well.

Ethics, privacy and complaints
eCARE is approved by the Greater Western Human Research Ethics Committee. Study data is held securely in REDCap, a NSW Health approved system.
If you have a concern about how the study is being conducted, contact details for the approving ethics committee are provided in the Participant Information and Consent Form and the practice information pack.

eCARE is funded by NSW Health through a Translational Research Grant, led by Western Sydney Diabetes and hosted by Western NSW Local Health District, with Western NSW PHN, the Rural Doctors Network, Care Partnership – Diabetes, MetaDiab and the University of Sydney.
